Chamber Symphony is a very early work written while studying with Donal Michalsky.  This 2-movement symphony is for winds in pairs, string bass, and 4 percussionists; the movement titles are 1. Variations and Theme and 2. Allegro.  I think that my fascination with the music of Luigi Dallapiccola and Igor Stravinsky is very evident in this highly contrapuntal and energetic piece.  Chamber Symphony was premiered at my Master’s recital at CSU Fullerton in 1972, and although the performance was acceptable, the quality of the recording is not, and thus I offer here a computer realization.
